East Canton Collage Quilts

Kids Educational Art Project sponsored by Arts in Stark | Cardstock, glitter paper, cellophane, tissue paper, felt, sequins, gems | Quilt squares 6” x 6” each

These kids read The Quiltmaker’s Gift, learning how giving and sharing are a part of community. The collage quilts came together by sharing colorful and tactile craft items to make their warm & cool squares that they put together for their own personal 9 square quilts and then contributed to their classroom community for the large classroom quilt.
